Work is ranked as the number one stressor for employees across industries, and research shows that workplace stress can lead to reduced performance, absenteeism and burnout. On top of which, a recent study by Gurvich et al. (2020) reports that 47% of people are experiencing psychological distress from the effects of the pandemic. With the unprecedented challenges that organizations and employees are facing right now, building stress resilience to prevent burnout and enhance well-being is more critical than ever before. The good news: research shows that resilience and well-being can be developed through science-backed skills. Not only will participants have a chance to engage in the conversation about well-being and burnout, in this highly-interactive webinar, AJ will share:

A brief explanation of employee burnout as well as a little-known fact about the cause of burnout

Key resilience resources that promote well-being and prevent burnout

The top reason many organizations fail when implementing well-being initiatives

Specific action steps you can apply immediately to begin building a culture of well-being within your organization

A micro-lesson on resilience which includes: the 6 most common stress response styles and a science-backed resilience skill

Following the webinar, all attendees will receive AJ's 20-page THRIVE Guide that highlights a systematic approach to battling burnout and enhancing workplace wellbeing

I gave AJ the task of learning our organization's culture, roadblocks and challenges in a short timeframe, and she turned around a customized training that resonated deeply with our people. AJ is a pleasure to work with and able to design a training that feels like the leaders of your organization created this from the inside.
